MIddle of the road

Half-way point of the Trans Canada Highway

The Trans-Canada Highway is one of the longest federal-provincial highway systems in the entire world. Officially opened in 1962, the highway begins in Victoria, BC and ends in St. John’s, NL.

Here we are, in 2024, halfway along the Trans-Canada. Conveniently. there is a rest area and a lovely little waterfall to explore.

All about the halfway point
