After a two-night stop at Riding Mountain National Park at Wasagaming, MB, we continued along the Trans Canada into Ontario. By the way, if you ever stop at Wasagaming in Riding Mountain National Park, you MUST stop in to the Aristocrat Restaurant and try their brisket sandwich – absolutely, amazingly delicious!!! They have a giant smoker right outside the door, and the mouthwatering aroma follows you down the street. Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm!

On our way towards Ontario, we passed the longitudinal centre of Canada – just east of Winnipeg. We’re halfway across the country, but barely one-twelfth of the way through our year-long trip!
